The following packages are designed to provide the most effective coaching possible for the coachee, while targeting varying levels of need, interest, and value. Each package will include goal-setting, follow-up Coachmail, selected personal assessments and 360 feedback tools, and our time-tested coaching model that focuses on the coachee owning their development and growth.

A: Leadership Coaching Package
1. Coaching Sessions Includes 5 Coaching Sessions to be scheduled on a monthly basis and will cover assessments as well as developmental coaching and feedback for the coachee. 2. Profile Assessments The DiSC Profile The DiSC profile is a non-judgmental assessment tool that is used to identify behavioral differences. It provides a common language that can be used to better understand themselves and adapt their behaviors with others - within a work team, a sales relationship, a leadership position, or other relationships. The FIRO-B Profile (Fundamental Interpersonal Relationship Orientation – Behavior) - a profile by Dr. Schutz, Naval Psychologist, that defines three critical measures that apply to business behavior and professional success. To know the behaviors and to be rightly assessed can make a difference in developing successful business interactions. Skillscope Assessment Designed by the Center for Creative Leadership, this is a 360-degree assessment that provides individuals with straightforward, practical feedback on job related skills necessary for effectiveness in a management role. This unique assessment provides insightful feedback on job-related strengths and weaknesses, as observed by bosses, peers and other employees. These assessments will be used to create a profile of the coachee that will be the primary focus of the initial Insight Session at the beginning of the coaching process. B: Leadership Development Package
1. Coaching With Insight Session Includes 7 Coaching Sessions to be scheduled on a monthly basis and will cover assessments as well as developmental coaching and feedback for the coachee. The initial coaching session is a 3-4 hour long Insight Session that provides a deep dive into the Profile Assessments. This session will be done on site at the coachee’s location as the first of the allotted coaching sessions. 2. Profile Assessments The DiSC Profile The DiSC profile is a non-judgmental assessment tool that is used to identify behavioral differences. It provides a common language that can be used to better understand themselves and adapt their behaviors with others - within a work team, a sales relationship, a leadership position, or other relationships. The FIRO-B Profile (Fundamental Interpersonal Relationship Orientation – Behavior) - a profile by Dr. Schutz, Naval Psychologist, that defines three critical measures that apply to business behavior and professional success. To know the behaviors and to be rightly assessed can make a difference in developing successful business interactions. Benchmarks 360 Assessment is a comprehensive 360-degree assessment for middle-to upper-level managers that measures 16 competencies critical for success, as well as 5 possible career derailers. This in-depth analysis of observable behaviors provides managers with a solid assessment of their leadership competencies. These assessments will be used to create a profile of the coachee that will be the primary focus of the initial Insight Session at the beginning of the coaching process. C: Executive Development Package

Sessions will cover assessments as well as developmental coaching and feedback for the coachee. The initial coaching session is a 4-5 hour long Insight Session that provides a deep dive into the Profile Assessments. This session will be done on site at the coachee’s location as the first of the allotted coaching sessions. 2.
