THE THREE CHOICES OF 360 DEGREE PROFILES are Benchmarks™, Skillscope™, and 360 By Design™. These profiles are used to create a clear, 360* view of the participant or group of participants in order to develop an action plan for change. We may also utilize several leadership resource instruments including DiSC, FiRO-B (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior) to obtain this necessary data. Upon completion of all assessments, the results are compiled in the Executive Development Portfolio (EDP) and integrated into the leadership development process.
