Welcome to Career Coaching with Leadership Systems. At LSI we view coaching as more than simply offering advice or guidance. For us, coaching is all about helping you understand clearly who you are and then walking with you as you discover where you want to go and how you can get there.
The Career Coaching Process begins with several Personal Assessments that will give us some insight into who you are. We will combine that with an exercise that will help you put your story into words and then connect with you through a Coaching Session that will help you discover your next steps towards career success!
